2. Orders & Contract Formation

All orders are subject to acceptance at our discretion.

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we may issue a refund at our discretion.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error, technical malfunction, or system error, we may cancel or refuse any orders placed for that product, even if payment has already been processed.

4. Digital Products

We sell digital downloads, including PDF versions of our comics.

When you purchase digital content:

  • You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, non-commercial license.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, share, modify, resell, or publicly display the content.

  • All digital product sales are final and non-refundable.

Unauthorized distribution or reproduction may result in legal action.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping methods may vary and are subject to change.

Once an order has been shipped:

  • We are not responsible for lost packages.

  • We are not responsible for carrier delays.

  • We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers.

Customers are solely responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout.

6. No Returns / Limited Damage Policy

All physical product sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges.

If a product is damaged during transit, and the damage was clearly outside both our control and the customer’s control, we may review the claim on a case-by-case basis.

At our sole discretion, we may:

  • Issue a replacement

  • Issue a refund

  • Decline the request

Proof of transit damage may be required.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website is the exclusive property of Superior Comics.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • All comic books and digital comics

  • Characters

  • Storylines

  • Artwork

  • Logos

  • Designs

  • Product images

  • Website text

  • Branding materials

All characters and works are original creations owned 100% by us.

You may not:

  • Reproduce

  • Distribute

  • Modify

  • Scrape

  • Use bots or automated systems

  • Create derivative works

  • Resell our digital content

Without our prior written permission.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use bots or automated purchasing tools

  • Scrape or extract website data

  • Commit fraudulent chargebacks

  • Attempt payment fraud

  • Post defamatory, abusive, or offensive reviews

  • Violate any applicable laws

We reserve the right to terminate accounts and pursue legal remedies for violations.

9. User Accounts
