We take copyright protection and digital piracy seriously.
1. Ownership of Intellectual Property
All content published, sold, or distributed by Superior Comics is protected by United States and international copyright laws.

Purchasing a digital comic grants a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license only. It does not grant ownership or redistribution rights.
3. Monitoring & Enforcement
We actively monitor for unauthorized distribution of our intellectual property across:

Social media platforms

Online marketplaces

NFT marketplaces

If infringement is detected, we may take immediate action including:

We reserve the right to pursue statutory damages, actual damages, and legal fees where applicable.
4. Statutory Damages Warning
Under U.S. copyright law, infringement may result in statutory damages of up to $150,000 per infringed work, plus legal costs and attorney’s fees.
Unauthorized distribution of digital comics is not “harmless sharing.” It is copyright infringement.
5. No Tolerance for Commercial Exploitation
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward:
