Meet Tulip:

AKA Emily Ellis, a 15-year-old living in every superheroes’ favorite place: New York City. After an accident gives her plant-based powers, she steps up and becomes Tulip, using her abilities to help others and show that superheroes do make a difference—even if her mother disagrees.
